Do you want to join our mission and help build the Webster Groves Community Land Trust from the inside? Members sign a pledge of support, vote at annual meetings, and shape the future of the community land trust.

Eligibility: 

• Resident or business within the Webster Groves School District boundary

• 18 years or older

• Annual dues - monetary or via volunteer hours

Are you hoping to purchase a home in Webster Groves but priced out of the current market?  Well, we are on a mission to expand access to the dream of home ownership in this beautiful and historic area. 

Add your name to the list of individuals and families interested in becoming future homeowners of the Webster Groves Community Land Trust.

We are looking for prospective homeowners with past and/or current ties to Webster Groves. Proof of income eligibility will ultimately be required.

Join us in making a tangible difference in Webster Groves!  By becoming a volunteer with the Webster Groves Community Land Trust, you’ll be at the forefront of empowering individuals and families to achieve generational homeownership and foster a more inclusive community. 

Do you have industry experience in real estate, construction, grant writing, mortgage lending, financial literacy, or non-profit management?  Maybe you are passionate about event planning or community outreach?  Whatever your talents, there is a role for you.  Share your ideas, skills, and enthusiasm to help with our mission!
