Who we Are

The Webster Groves Community Land Trust was incorporated in 2023 by a launch team of local residents, housing advocates, and subject-matter experts.

The organization is community-led, with a Board of Directors that will ultimately be composed of one-third CLT homeowners, one-third local neighbors, and one-third government/organizational partners. Our success depends on CLT “Members,” residents and businesses within the boundaries of the Webster Groves School District who elect the CLT Board, share skills, serve on committees, and otherwise shape the future of the community land trust.
