Webster Groves Community Land Trust buys homes, holds the land under them in trust, and sells the houses to working families at a price they can actually afford. When a family sells someday, the home stays affordable for whoever comes next. None of that works without neighbors behind it. Here’s how to be one of them.

Volunteer
Some of the most useful help we get doesn’t come with a dollar sign. We need people who can pitch in on home renovations, staff a table at community events, help tell our story online, or lend professional know-how in real estate, law, finance or design. Give one afternoon or take on a regular role. Either one helps.
Donate
Every home that comes into the trust stays affordable for good. A gift today keeps working for the family who moves in now, and for the next one, and the one after that.
