Webster Groves Community Land Trust is community-led, with a Board of Directors that will ultimately be composed of one-third CLT homeowners, one-third local neighbors, and one-third government/organizational partners. CLT “Members,” residents and businesses within the boundaries of the Webster Groves School District, elect the CLT Board and shape the future of the community land trust.
